Change Payment Details

Changing the payment for a customer's price is a common customer service. BillaBear makes this an easy task.

Permissions​

To be able to change the payment details for a subscription via the BillaBear admin system you will need to have a ROLE of customer support or higher.

Check the user roles here.

How it works​

The new payment details will be used by default for all future payment attempts.

How To​

Step 1. Go to the subscription view page​

Navigate to the subscription page - more info

Step 2. Click Change Price​

Click Update Payment Details Button

Step 3. Select Payment Details​

Select Payment Details

Step 4. Click Update​

Click Update Button
