Subscription Cancellation Flow

The cancellation of a subscription can be done programattically via the API. Or it can be done manually via the web dashboard.

Flow

When a subscription is cancelled there is a process that it will go through.

• Step one is cancelling the subcription.
• Step two is issuing a refund if required
• Step three is sending the customer a notice that the subscription has been cancelled.
• Step four is sending an internal notice that the subscription has been cancelled.
